Department of
Slavic Languages and Literatures
The University of Kansas is the only university in the central United States
to offer the doctoral degree, as well as bachelor's and master's degrees,
in Slavic Languages and Literatures. The department offers language instruction
in Russian, Ukrainian, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, Slovene, Polish, Czech,
and Turkish.
Center for International
Business Education and Research
Established in 1999, CIBER serves as a catalyst for curricular, research,
and outreach programs centered in the KU School of Business, in partnership
with the University's National Resource Centers in area studies.
International
Business Resource Connection
The KU IBRC helps small and medium-sized companies broaden their international
business skills and explore available international trade opportunities.
Policy
Research Institute
Formerly the Institute for Public Policy and Business Research, PRI focuses
on research and publication in the areas of metropolitan studies, economic
and business analysis, and international political analysis.
Hall Center
for the Humanities
Coordinates many on-campus events, publications, and seminars for the humanities,
and provides resources for KU faculty, graduate students, and the community.
Humanities
Grant Development Office (Hall Center)
Provides assistance to KU faculty and graduate students engaged in humanistic
research by helping to identify external funding opportunities and to develop
and submit grant proposals.

Administers and facilitates many of the international exchanges and programs
at KU.
